If the item does not fit in a syringe container, the parole agent shall wrap the object in cardboard or another material that will prevent the item from puncturing the CDCR Form 1136-E. However, if the object appears to have forensic evidence (e.g., dried blood stain), the parole agent shall not wrap the object.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The parole agent shall write &#8220;SHARP OBJECT&#8221; in large letters on the outside flap of the CDCR Form 1136-E.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>If the sharp object will not fit inside the CDCR Form 1136-E, the parole agent shall wrap the blade and\/or sharp point with cardboard and transparent tape, and then attach a CDCR Form 1136-L in a manner that allows personnel to make entries on the &#8220;Chain of Custody&#8221;
