Institutions may designate additional storage for handicraft articles and materials based upon availability of space. Excess handicraft items, articles, or materials in an incarcerated person\u2019s possession shall be confiscated and disposed of in accordance with DOM Subsection 54030.11.2.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Incarcerated person donation of handicraft items, articles, tools, and materials to the institution is subject to provisions of DOM Subsection 101050.14.
