The incarcerated person shall have a minimum of $50 on their trust account for estimates only. If the unit costs more to repair, the incarcerated person shall be contacted regarding the cost. The incarcerated person shall forward the necessary funds to the vendor prior to repair.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Incarcerated persons are prohibited from keeping inoperable appliances in their possession.
