Any information, not specifically identified as the property of other parties and that is transmitted, processed, or stored on the department\u2019s and business partner IT facilities and resources (including e-mail, messages, and files) is considered the property of the department.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Individual access and use of department information assets is neither personal nor private.
