{"id":30356,"date":"2022-06-21T21:20:44","date_gmt":"2022-06-21T21:20:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/?post_type=dom&#038;p=30356"},"modified":"2022-06-21T21:20:45","modified_gmt":"2022-06-21T21:20:45","slug":"49140-4-policy-directives","status":"publish","type":"dom","link":"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/dom\/chapter-4-information-technology\/article-57-physical-and-environmental-protection-policy\/49140-4-policy-directives\/","title":{"rendered":"49140.4\u00a0 Policy Directives"},"content":{"rendered":"\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The department shall define the control requirements for the physical environmental protection of information assets.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The department shall implement, manage, monitor, and regularly maintain physical security and environmental protection controls to safeguard State information assets for which they have custodianship.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Personnel identification systems and facility access controls shall be implemented for all personnel and visitors.
