{"id":31926,"date":"2024-05-10T03:52:14","date_gmt":"2024-05-10T03:52:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/?post_type=dom&#038;p=31926"},"modified":"2024-05-17T00:37:53","modified_gmt":"2024-05-17T00:37:53","slug":"33070-10-5-statute-of-limitations","status":"publish","type":"dom","link":"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/dom\/chapter-3-personnel-training-and-employee-relations\/article-26-staff-misconduct-allegations-involving-an-inmate-or-parolee\/33070-10-5-statute-of-limitations\/","title":{"rendered":"33070.10.5 Statute of Limitations"},"content":{"rendered":"\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>For non-designated cases, AIU shall analyze and assess the Statute of Limitations (SOL) expiration date for each assigned case, under Government Code section 3304(d) and (g) for public safety officers, and Government Code section 19635 for all state employees.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>For designated cases, the assigned VA shall analyze and assess the SOL expiration date for each case in accordance with DOM, Article 22, Employee Discipline.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Within 10 working days from the case assignment to the investigator, the SOL expiration date shall be entered in CTS by AIU for non-designated cases, and the assigned VA for designated cases.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Investigations should be completed in accordance with AIU procedures, and at least 60 calendar days prior to the SOL expiration date, unless a later completion date is approved by an AIU manager.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\t<\/ul>\n\t","protected":false},"parent":31838,"template":"","class_list":["post-31926","dom","type-dom","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
