The AIU manager shall then determine one of the following:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>If the Allegation Inquiry Report is insufficient, incomplete, or biased, the AIU manager shall return the Allegation Inquiry Report to the LDI for additional fact gathering;<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>If the Allegation Inquiry Report is insufficient, but requires an investigation to complete, the AIU manager shall assign the case to an AIU investigator;
