The statement of disagreement shall be made available to any person eligible to review the disputed information, and when the disputed information is disclosed, the statement of disagreement shall be included with the disclosure. If the statement of disagreement contains exempt personal information, for the purpose of future disclosure, it shall be screened, classified, and treated like any other information in the record.
