An incarcerated person is limited to the number of copies required by applicable court rules to be filed with the courts and to be served on all parties and other persons in the litigation. Other persons may include the AG\u2019s Office, the incarcerated person&#8217;s attorney, and the Secretary\u2019s Office. The incarcerated person shall be provided with one extra copy of the document for his or her own records.
