A request for a polygraph for an employee shall be completed by their respective Hiring Authority (HA) or their designee. A request for a polygraph for an incarcerated person or supervised person shall be completed by the Warden or Assistant Deputy Director (ADD) having jurisdiction over the incarcerated person or supervised person. No person shall be ordered to take a polygraph examination.
