is the transporting of a prisoner or parole violator from a point outside California to a point within the state.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>All TECs for &#8220;return of fugitive&#8221;
