The most economical vehicle suitable for the purpose will be utilized as required under SAM 0756 and 4187.1 and DPA 599.627.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The DGS enters into a service agreement to provide commercial automobile rentals at certain locations in California (SAM 4187.11.) Employees will have no choice as to the model of the vehicle assigned to them. This determination will be made by the vendor. State employees traveling to any of these locations will be required to use the contract vendor. Employees renting from other than the contract vendor in these locations may be personally liable.
