In addition, unit stock records shall be maintained for materials being warehoused in other storerooms and supply shops that exceed a working stock (30 day) supply and collectively meet any of the following criteria:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Gross floor space used exceeds 4,000 square feet.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Average annual inventory investment in expendable goods exceeds $50,000.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Annual issues of expendable goods exceeds $100,000.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Inventory consists of 400 or more stock items.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Records Maintained<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Stock records shall be maintained by using a manual card or computerized inventory control system. The STD Form 119, Stock Control Record, is available for use as a manual stock record card in recording information dealing with the management and control of warehouse inventories. This or a similar record card shall be used in all warehouses when a manual system is the only means of control. If a computerized inventory management system is used, the system shall provide the same information and data required on a stock record card.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The stock record, which serves as a joint purchasing\/financial\/ operational record, shall be kept current and accurate at all times.
