The exemptions to the Small Business (SB) preference are Interagency Agreements, contracts or purchases with any government agency (including cities, towns, colleges, universities, etc.), federally funded contracts, and Joint Power Agreements. The SB participation goal has been established for all contracts by Executive Order S-02-06.
