Instructions on completing the forms provide users with an understanding of the purposes of the individual forms as well as how each form corresponds with the others to produce a comprehensive system of compliance tracking.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The data on DVBE compliance forms is used to prepare the annual Report to the Governor and the Legislature.
