An appropriate exception would be if a major IWF project has been authorized, (e.g., replacement equipment, new equipment for new institutions\/facilities, and startup inventories).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>There may be unanticipated deficiencies due to situations which occur after approval of the institution&#8217;s\/facility&#8217;s IWF budget.
