The Department&#8217;s Selection and Standards Branch coordinates all departmental involvement in the WIN program.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Work Incentive Program<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Department participates in two types of WIN training:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>OJT experience. The Department contracts with WIN to provide a work situation wherein enrollees can prepare for and obtain permanent employment. Under this program, WIN enrollees receive their regular grant from local welfare departments and incentive pay from WIN.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Focused Recruitment Program (FRP). Under this Career Opportunity Development Program, the Department contracts with the Employment Development Department and the SPB to hire WIN eligibles.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Department&#8217;s Selection and Standards Branch recruits, tests, and hires the departmental FRP personnel.
