{"id":8626,"date":"2020-03-31T09:24:38","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T16:24:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cdcr.test\/dom\/chapter-3-personnel-training-and-employee-relations\/article-20-personnel-policies\/33010-4-management-team\/"},"modified":"2020-03-31T09:24:38","modified_gmt":"2020-03-31T16:24:38","slug":"33010-4-management-team","status":"publish","type":"dom","link":"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/dom\/chapter-3-personnel-training-and-employee-relations\/article-20-personnel-policies\/33010-4-management-team\/","title":{"rendered":"33010.4 Management Team"},"content":{"rendered":"\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Employees designated as manager, supervisor, or confidential shall be members of the management team.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>&#8220;Supervisors&#8221; and &#8220;supervisory employees&#8221; refer to persons designated as supervisors pursuant to the State Employer Employee Relations Act (SEERA).
