The list shall be:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Kept to a minimum consistent with institution security.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Available at the office of the Warden\/Superintendent for inspection by representatives.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Armed posts shall generally be excluded from visits by representatives.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>A disagreement between an employee organization and a Warden\/Superintendent as to reasonableness of denying access to any given location shall be referred to the Assistant Secretary (AS), OLR for review and determination.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>If a representative wishes to contact an employee assigned to a prohibited area, the meeting shall be arranged on the employee\u2019s own time unless the organization will furnish qualified relief acceptable to the institution.
