There may be additional causes, however the decision to implement involuntary transfers as a solution are management-initiated and may be in the same or a different geographical location. When such a transfer reasonably requires an employee to change residence, the appointing power shall give the employee written notice of transfer 60 days prior to the effective date of the transfer.
