The Director has extended the application to all Department employees. If the employee refuses to sign, the fact is noted on the document and it is then signed by a witness (usually the supervisor presenting the memorandum) prior to it being placed in the file.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The employee has 30 calendar days in which to file a response to any adverse comment.
