{"id":8782,"date":"2020-03-31T09:24:43","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T16:24:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cdcr.test\/dom\/chapter-3-personnel-training-and-employee-relations\/article-22-employee-discipline\/33030-5-6-office-of-personnel-services-human-resources\/"},"modified":"2020-03-31T09:24:43","modified_gmt":"2020-03-31T16:24:43","slug":"33030-5-6-office-of-personnel-services-human-resources","status":"publish","type":"dom","link":"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/dom\/chapter-3-personnel-training-and-employee-relations\/article-22-employee-discipline\/33030-5-6-office-of-personnel-services-human-resources\/","title":{"rendered":"33030.5.6 Office of Personnel Services, Human Resources"},"content":{"rendered":"\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Personnel Services staff and\/or local personnel staff shall be responsible for the following:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Processing adverse actions as indicated by the Hiring Authority on the Notice of Adverse Action;<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Filing and retaining Final Notices of Adverse Action in employee official personnel files for three (3) years unless the retention period is reduced by the Hiring Authority after the Skelly Hearing or otherwise agreed to by stipulated settlement.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Office of Personnel Services, Employee Discipline Unit, staff shall be responsible for the following:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Collecting and maintaining the official departmental copies of all adverse action documents separate and apart from those held in the Official Personnel files;<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Maintaining statistical information and generating reports on adverse actions using the Case Management System;<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Drafting adverse actions and representing the Department before the SPB for non-designated cases emanating from the Headquarters Offices and Divisions, Juvenile Justice Divisions, and all Parole Regional Offices.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t","protected":false},"parent":8770,"template":"","class_list":["post-8782","dom","type-dom","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
