Furthermore, IT equipment maintenance shall be performed by State personnel, or performed by maintenance service organizations in the private sector whose services are acquired through the Department Operations Manual (DOM), Chapter to the State Contracting Manual (SCM) Vol. 2 and Department Operations Manual (DOM), Chapter 4, Article 14. Specific criteria for IT equipment maintenance services shall be defined and applied in the development of procurement specifications.
