System rules are designed to provide the most efficient operating system. Adherence to the rules shall provide the Department the maximum effectiveness with CLETS. Violations of these rules shall result in investigative and appropriate disciplinary action. The Agency CLETS Coordinators (ACC) shall direct requests for information concerning the general administration of CLETS to the CLETS Executive Secretary, Department of Justice, P.O. Box 903417, Sacramento, California 94203-4170.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Enterprise Information Services (EIS) is responsible for coordinating with DOJ on the acquisition, relocation and use of the local CLETS. The ACC shall direct requests for information concerning changes or additions to CDCR\u2019s use of CLETS to the Chief of Network Engineering, EIS, P.O.
