Video recordings shall be maintained for a period of five years from the date of the incident, or longer if warranted.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Video recordings shall be processed as follows:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The camera operator shall label the tape with the date, time, inmate&#8217;s name and CDCR number, the camera operator&#8217;s name, and incident log number, if applicable.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Incident Commander shall, prior to being relieved from duty, forward to the designated area for storage any video recordings of controlled uses of force and any video recordings of inmate injuries or interviews following an immediate use of force or an allegation of excessive or unnecessary force.
