{"id":9444,"date":"2020-03-31T16:06:36","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:06:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cdcr.test\/dom\/chapter-5-adult-custody-and-security-operations\/article-2-use-of-force\/51020-17-4-response-supervisor-reporting-requirements\/"},"modified":"2020-03-31T16:06:36","modified_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:06:36","slug":"51020-17-4-response-supervisor-reporting-requirements","status":"publish","type":"dom","link":"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/dom\/chapter-5-adult-custody-and-security-operations\/article-2-use-of-force\/51020-17-4-response-supervisor-reporting-requirements\/","title":{"rendered":"51020.17.4 Response Supervisor \u2013 Reporting Requirements"},"content":{"rendered":"\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>In addition to writing his\/her own report when applicable, prior to being relieved from duty the Response Supervisor shall:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Gather written reports from staff involved in the use of force incident.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Serve as the first level of review for all subordinates\u2019 reports and shall ensure that all necessary information is contained in these reports. The Response Supervisor is expected to ensure that each employee\u2019s report is prepared independent of any other report.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ensure no involved employee is relieved of duty prior to receiving his\/her written report, unless the employee is physically unable to prepare the report due to an injury.
