The Second Level Manager shall reach a judgment whether the force used was in compliance with policy, procedure, and training.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Second level manager shall:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Review all documentation in the incident package, including, the Report of Findings \u2013 Inmate Interview (CDCR 3014).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Review the quality of all reports to ensure the use of force was properly documented and reviewed. This includes a review of the Incident Commander&#8217;s conclusions and the First Level Manager&#8217;s conclusions.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Determine if any corrective action taken by his\/her subordinates in relation to the incident was adequate\/proper.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Conduct an in depth analysis to determine if the use of force described in the incident package was within the guidelines of the Use of Force policy, as well as other policies, procedures and training.
