This shall be completed when the employee is assigned to the post, when the post order has been revised, or upon returning from an extended absence.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>At a minimum of once each month, supervisors shall inspect the post orders and sign the CDC Form 1860.
