{"id":9603,"date":"2020-03-31T16:06:41","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:06:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cdcr.test\/dom\/chapter-5-adult-custody-and-security-operations\/article-11-administrative-officer-of-the-day\/51110-4-administrative-officer-of-the-day-duty-schedule\/"},"modified":"2022-06-02T17:45:53","modified_gmt":"2022-06-02T17:45:53","slug":"51110-4-administrative-officer-of-the-day-duty-schedule","status":"publish","type":"dom","link":"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/dom\/chapter-5-adult-custody-and-security-operations\/article-11-administrative-officer-of-the-day\/51110-4-administrative-officer-of-the-day-duty-schedule\/","title":{"rendered":"51110.4 Administrative&#8209;Officer&#8209;of&#8209;the&#8209;Day Duty Schedule"},"content":{"rendered":"\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Wardens are normally exempt from AOD duty; however, they may serve as AOD if needed.\u00a0 Wardens shall publish the AOD assignment schedule in advance, every \u00a0six (6) months.\u00a0 The AOD schedule shall specify the name and period of time that each AOD shall be assigned the duties.<br><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Chief Deputy Warden shall not be required to be assigned to the AOD rotation schedule, but may elect to participate in the AOD rotation schedule.<br><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Any anticipated change in the AOD assignment schedule shall be approved in advance by the Warden or their designee.<br><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>AOD personnel may be permitted to \u201ctrade\u201d assignments.\u00a0 The \u201ctrade\u201d arrangement between AODs shall be submitted in memorandum form to the Warden not less than 24 hours prior to assigned tour of duty.<br><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The AOD period of duty shall commence at 5:00 PM Thursday and shall conclude at 5:00 PM the following Thursday.\u00a0 Should a holiday fall on a Wednesday, Thursday, or both, the AOD duties shall commence at 5:00\u202fPM on the last business day preceding the holiday period.<br><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>test item <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>test time<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>iaiaiaia<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>iaiaiaia<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>aiiaiaiai<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\t<\/ul>\n\t\n\t<\/li>\n\t\n\t<\/ul>\n\t\n\t<\/li>\n\t\n\t<\/ul>\n\t\n\t<\/li>\n\t\n\t<\/ul>\n\t","protected":false},"parent":9599,"template":"","class_list":["post-9603","dom","type-dom","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
