The Camp Commander carries out the mandates of the incident and escape plan and submits the necessary reports.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Two copies of a report covering escapes and\/or incidents which occur in the Conservation Camp Program, and especially in those cases in which a CDF employee is involved, shall be forwarded to the Regional Chief of the district in which the camp is located. This affords CDF an opportunity to keep fully informed and take proper action with regard to its employees.
