Agency crew foremen shall make counts of inmates in their custody at frequent intervals, and shall count the inmates before leaving camp and upon returning to camp. Counts are required at least once during the morning, lunch time, between lunch, and the end of the work day, departure from the work area, and at other times recommended by the Camp Commander.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Emergency counts may be necessary at any time to determine if there has been an escape or to identify an escapee(s).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t","protected":false},"parent":9763,"template":"","class_list":["post-9770","dom","type-dom","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>52020.4.3 Camps&#039;
