{"id":9786,"date":"2020-03-31T16:06:47","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:06:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cdcr.test\/dom\/chapter-5-adult-custody-and-security-operations\/article-16-inmate-count-and-movement\/52020-6-6-inmate-daily-movement-sheet\/"},"modified":"2020-03-31T16:06:47","modified_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:06:47","slug":"52020-6-6-inmate-daily-movement-sheet","status":"publish","type":"dom","link":"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/dom\/chapter-5-adult-custody-and-security-operations\/article-16-inmate-count-and-movement\/52020-6-6-inmate-daily-movement-sheet\/","title":{"rendered":"52020.6.6 Inmate Daily Movement Sheet"},"content":{"rendered":"\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The DMS is a combination of existing DDPS reports on work assignments, or custody classification changes, and the SOMS generated IPTR151 \u2013 DMR report that includes all arrivals, departures, temporary releases, out-to-courts, and family visits during the previous 24-hour period.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>To allow for workload impact on assignment operations, DMS shall have an &#8220;effective date&#8221; listed to reflect the actual date the action is authorized.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>For example:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The inmate DMS is issued on 12-1-97, however, some of the actions are effective on 11-28-97, or will be effective on 12-3-97.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The date shown in the &#8220;effective date&#8221; column is the official date of that specific action.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The inmate DMS shall be completed prior to the conclusion of the first watch.
