The CDCR Form 106-A shall be used to document clearance. The information in the CDCR Form 106-A shall be updated regularly, but no less frequently than annually.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Authorized confidential calls shall not be monitored or recorded.
