Our Nation’s victims’ rights movement and victim assistance discipline have together achieved many significant milestones over the last 42 years. These accomplishments have been the landmarks that have helped chart the course of victims’ rights and services and have been achieved not by lone individuals, but by the power of coming together to achieve in unity what could not be done alone.
