How to contact OVSRS to participate in an upcoming parole hearing?

The Reservation Portal for parole proceedings is currently unavailable as we make revisions to better assist you. In the meantime, if you have received a notice for an upcoming parole suitability hearing and wish to participate, please contact OVSRS via phone or via email and make sure to include:

Your Name
Your contact information (phone number or email)
Incarcerated Person’s name and CDCR number
Date of scheduled hearing

Please note: Per Californian Penal Code Section 3043, victims of crime or family members of a victim, Representatives and/or Support persons may request to participate in the incarcerated person’s parole proceeding at least 15 days before the hearing.
