Parole Hearing Reservations
If you have received a notice for an upcoming parole suitability hearing and wish to participate you can contact OVSRS through the online reservation portal linked below, via phone, or via email.
Per Californian Penal Code Section 3043, victims of crime or family members of a victim, Representatives and/or Support persons may request to participate in the offender’s parole proceeding at least 15 days before the hearing. Requests can be made by completing the Victim Services Parole Hearing Reservation Portal, emailing your requests to victimservices@cdcr.ca.gov or calling 1-877-256-6877.
