WRITTEN STATEMENTS: If you want to submit a written statement prior to the board meeting, write to the Board of Parole Hearings, Attn: Executive Board Meeting, P.O. Box 4036, Sacramento, California 95812-4036 or email your statement to BPHEXE.BRDMEETING@cdcr.ca.gov.  Written statements must be received by the time and date listed on the agenda.
