The Board of Parole Hearings has arranged for interested parties and members of the public to participate by videoconference, by telephone, or in person for the July 22 and July 23, 2025 Executive Board Meeting.

ALL SPEAKERS MUST REGISTER TO MAKE COMMENTS. At the meeting, the moderator will call on you when it is your turn to speak. For cases on the agenda, the moderator will first call on those speaking in support and then those speaking in opposition. The moderator will call on you by your name or the last four digits of your telephone number.  

SPEAKER CARD: If you want to speak at the meeting, please submit a speaker card before the meeting to BPH.SpeakerCards@cdcr.ca.gov.  The speaker card can be found under the Executive Board Meeting Documents listed below.  You may submit a speaker card any time before the meeting.

Alternatively, you may call (916) 267-0857 and leave a message with the following information:

  • Your name or the last four digits of your telephone number;
  • Name of the case or agenda item you wish to comment on; and
  • Whether you are speaking in support or in opposition (if applicable).

WRITTEN STATEMENTS: If you want to submit a written statement prior to the board meeting, write to the Board of Parole Hearings, Attn: Executive Board Meeting, P.O. Box 4036, Sacramento, California 95812-4036 or email your statement to BPHEXE.BRDMEETING@cdcr.ca.gov.  Written statements must be received by the date and time listed on the agenda.
