SPEAKER CARD: If you would like to make a public comment at the meeting, please complete and submit a speaker card before the meeting to Lorien.Styles@cdcr.ca.gov and Tara.Doetsch@cdcr.ca.gov. The speaker card can be found below under Executive Board Meeting Documents. You may also call (279) 300-5833 to register your speaker information. If the telephone number goes to voicemail, please leave the information on the recording so the moderator may appropriately identify you when it is your turn to speak. You may submit the speaker card any time after the meeting agenda is posted.
WRITTEN COMMENTS: If you would like to submit a written statement prior to the board meeting, statements may be addressed to the Board of Parole Hearings, Attn: Executive Board Meeting, P.O. Box 4036, Sacramento, California 95812-4036. Written comments for the consent calendar must be received by 5:00 p.m. on June 19, 2022. In order to ensure full consideration by a majority of appointed commissioners, written comments for en banc cases must be received by 1:00 p.m. on the day of the vote for cases being considered on Monday, June 20, 2022, and 10:00 a.m. on the day of the vote for cases being considered on Tuesday, June 21, 2022. Public comment may also be emailed to BPHEXE.BRDMEETING@cdcr.ca.gov.
