Program Providers (including community partners and other external stakeholders) seeking to provide digital content on CDCR tablets may do so through Edovo.
Edovo supports both the publication of existing digital materials and the conversion of hard copy content into digital formats. CDCR has reviewed Edovo’s content screening process and aligned it with CDCR policy and standards.
CDCR will not manage the day-to-day relationship between Edovo and content providers. If issues arise, CDCR will review content as needed and work with the stakeholder and Edovo to resolve concerns.

Edovo has extensive information within their knowledge base related to being a content partner through Edovo, answers to common questions, and best practices to digitizing curriculum for incarcerated people.

Content is reviewed through Edovo’s screening process, aligned with CDCR policy. CDCR may review content if issues arise. CDCR reserves the right to modify content and policy guidance at any time due to operational needs.
