Inmate painting takes award at Antelope Valley Fair

Artwork from the California State Prison, Los Angeles County, (LAC) Prison Arts Program was awarded “Best of Division” during the recent Antelope Valley Fair Art Exhibition.

The award went to inmate Kenneth Webb, an artist from the Progressive Programming Facility at the LAC Prison Arts Program. LAC Chaplain Omeira accepted the award on Webb’s behalf.

Arts in Corrections is a partnership between CDCR’s Division of Rehabilitative Programs and the California Arts Council.
