While families on the outside were carving turkey, those incarcerated at California State Prison, Solano, were treated to a special holiday show thanks to MC Hammer.

Stanley Burrell, an Oakland native better known by his stage name MC Hammer, visited the Vacaville prison on Thanksgiving day where he joined the inmate band to put on a show for visitors.

On the Level II Visiting patio, Hammer joined the incarcerated musicians to give visitors a special mini-concert for the holiday.
