California State Prison – Sacramento reported the passing of retired Correctional Officer Justin Criner on December 7, 2019, after a long illness.
He began his CDCR career in January 2007 at the Richard A. McGee Correctional Training Center.
Upon graduation, he reported to California State Prison, Sacramento.
He retired in May 2019.
