California State Prison, Sacramento, reported the passing of retired Correctional Officer Justin Criner on Dec. 7, 2019. Criner passed away after a long illness.
He began his CDCR career in January 2007 at the Richard A. McGee Correctional Training Center.
After graduating the Basic Correctional Officer Academy, he reported to California State Prison, Sacramento.
Criner retired in May 2019.
