The Substance Abuse Treatment Facility recently reported the passing of Elementary Teacher Arnold R. Carlos.
He began his CDCR career in December 2006 as an Elementary Teacher at North Kern State Prison.
In March 2010, he transferred to the California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi as a Correctional Case Records Analyst. In March 2012, he transferred to Kern Valley State Prison as a Case Records Technician
He reinstated as an Elementary Teacher at the California Men’s Colony in 2012. In October 2014, he transferred to the California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility and State Prison in Corcoran as an Elementary Teacher.
