For the second time this season, snow has fallen on California State Prison, Los Angeles County in Lancaster.
Around Thanksgiving a rare snowstorm hit Lancaster, where staff braved icy snowy roads to get to work at CSP-Los Angeles County. Snow fell again in December, the day after Christmas. It was another rare holiday snowstorm, thanks to snow levels dropping to 2,500 feet.
