North Kern State Prison reported the passing of Correctional Officer Cesar Estrada on January 23, 2020.
He began his CDCR career in November 2014 at the Richard A. McGee Correctional Training Center in Galt.
After graduation, he reported to North Kern State Prison as a Correctional Officer.
