Staff from Central California Women’s Facility (CCWF) recently presented a check to Sisterhood of Survivors, a Fresno-based non-profit breast cancer awareness program.
Staff from CCWF focused on breast cancer awareness as their recipient when volunteers held fundraisers in October.
Sisterhood of Survivors fulfills a need. The organization assists newly diagnosed breast cancer patients and their families by offering ongoing peer support and educational resources.
On behalf of CCWF a totaling $2,563.74 was given to the organization during the Jan. 31 check presentation.
