Last week, CDCR Secretary Ralph Diaz visited three California prisons.

To show support as CDCR began taking unprecedented measures to address COVID-19, Secretary Diaz visited three southern California prisons. While there, he spoke with staff and the incarcerated population.

Institutions visited:

  • California State Prison, Los Angeles County
  • California Institution for Men
  • and California Institution for Women

CDCR continues to implement increased precautions that protect the health and safety of everyone living and working in state institutions.
