Centinela prison Phoenix House program recognizes Adriana Garcia

Centinela State Prison Phoenix House employee Adriana Garcia was named “Fire Starter of the Quarter” on July 14. She was chosen from over 150 employees within the CDCR Division of Rehabilitative Programs (DRP). 

According to those involved at Centinela, Garcia was selected for her “excellent representation of the Core Values of Phoenix House: Integrity, Collaboration, Appreciation, Respect, Excellence and being Forward Thinking.” 

Garcia has been employed in the DRP program at Centinela for over four years. She was presented with a $250 check from Phoenix House.

Phoenix House recognizes employees monthly while the Fire Starter Program recognizes employees on a quarterly basis for their achievements and exemplary work ethic.
