Correctional Training Facility (CTF) Leads Groundskeeper Juan Rios passed away August 4, 2022.
Rios began his career with CDCR in September 2004 as a Heavy Truck Driver. In November 2006, he promoted to Leads Groundskeeper, a position he held until his untimely passing.
“Juan Rios was an invaluable member of the CTF team and will always be in our hearts. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and worked with him. At this profound time of mourning, please keep the Rios family in your thoughts and prayers,” according to a statement issued by the institution.
