Jaime Antopia, Warehouse Manager II at Correctional Training Facility (CTF), passed away August 20, 2022. He began his CDCR career at CTF in January 1993, as a Materials & Store Supervisor I (M&SSI).
Throughout his 29-year career, he continued his upward mobility and promoted through the ranks. In September 2001, Antopia promoted to M&SSII.
Two years later, he promoted to Business Services Officer I (Supervisor). In December 2020, he promoted to Warehouse Manager II, the position he held until his untimely passing.
“Jaime was an invaluable member of the CTF team and will always be in our hearts. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and worked with him. At this profound time of mourning, please keep the Antopia family in your thoughts and prayers,”
A funeral will be held Friday, August 26, at 1 p.m. at Our Lady of Solitude Catholic Church, 235 Main St., Soledad.
